Description

With this tour designed for all kinds of adventurers, you will be able to access unique places, go on a short hike, and even take a swim in natural pools and wells. In addition, we will make some stops so you can buy and taste local products.

Do not worry if you are not used to walking, we just adjust to the level of the group, but come prepared for action, since you are going to experience a unique adventure of immersion in nature.

During the tour, we will visit the exotic Valle de Agaete, where we will be tasting the local products of the land, in addition, we will visit the exuberant Doramas' Forest, where one of the last Laurisilva strongholds. And to finish, we won’t end the tour without leaving behind the odd bathroom in a hidden cove.

Itinerary

Firgas

First, we will pick you up in the morning at any of our pickup points, then the tour of the north of the island will begin and we will visit the town of Firgas.

Barranco de Azuaje

Once there, we will begin a pleasant walk through a spectacular natural setting where you can contemplate the ruins of a famous and old spa, located in one of the most incredible ravines in Gran Canaria, the Azuaje ravine. In this area, we will take a break so you can bathe and jump in the natural pools.

Finca-Bodega

With the 5 senses already active, we will take a guided tour around the peculiar Finca-Bodega, which is surrounded by fruit trees, coffee, and other plantations, as well as beautiful views that will make you enjoy the fresh air and its delicious products. * PLEASE NOTE: The tasting at this center requires an additional cost of 8€.

Agaete

Finally, the next and last place we will visit is Agaete, where you can take a cool bath in dazzling natural pools. Once the visits are finished, we will go back to the hotel.

What do I need to bring

🥾 Hiking shoes or closed sports shoes (recommended water-resistant, because it is possible that you get your feet wet).

🎒 A backpack is essential (avoid bringing disposable bags).

👕 Comfortable sports clothes.

🩱 Swimsuit, towel, and a spare set of dry clothes.

🧴 Sunscreen.

🧥 Raincoat and sweatshirt.

🥪 Something to eat (sandwich, fruit, or snack bar).

💧 1,5 L. of drinking water.

Important information

  • This is a group activity for a maximum of 20 people. You will share the experience with other clients.
  • This route requires 2 light walks into the ravine, approximately 1 km each.
  • All the tours and activities are accredited and supervised by a Certified Mountain Guide.
  • Beware: winding roads ahead. Consider motion anti-sickness tablets if needed.
  • The minimum age suggested for this tour is 5 years. Their parents or legal tutors must accompany children under 18. Availability of places and seats for children is limited, with only 4 children per activity.
  • This activity takes place rain or shine… and their development depends on the weather conditions, the terrain, and the participants. Significant changes in any of these conditions may imply the modification of the activity at the discretion of the guide.
