Your journey will begin when you board our ferry, where you will immediately feel the adventure that is coming. Our captain will set out towards the marvelous Isla Mujeres. Meanwhile, you can enjoy a continental breakfast, but we recommend you enjoy the beautiful landscape of turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. After you arrive on the island, you will begin to feel the excitement for the real adventure that awaits you.
Located on the island, Dolphin Discovery-Isla Mujeres is the place where your best dolphin experience begins and we will make sure you have an unforgettable day within our facilities. You will have the unique opportunity to swim with our fun and loving dolphins. Together with our beloved dolphins, you will be able to do some very cute and some very exciting activities such as kissing, hugging, greeting and petting the dolphin, but best of all, you will get to experience the boogie push! This is the perfect opportunity to interact with one of the friendliest and most intelligent animals in the world in its natural habitat in the Caribbean.
You can also relax in the wonderful warm climate of Isla Mujeres and swim in our calming pool or just rest in our comfortable lounge chairs. Remember to satisfy your hunger with our delicious buffet menu and our delicious refreshing drinks from the national open bar.

What do I need to bring
No olvides usar protector solar biodegradable, para cuidar tu piel, el medio ambiente y las especies marinas.
Por seguridad, las mujeres con 5 meses de embarazo o menos, sólo pueden participar en el programa Dolphin Encounter acompañadas por otro adulto y después de haber firmado el formulario de responsabilidad. Las mujeres con más de 5 meses de embarazo no pueden participar en ninguna de las actividades acuáticas.
Recuerda llegar 30 minutos antes de tu programa ya que recibirás una orientación previa.
Te recomendamos traer toallas, así como dinero en efectivo para taxis, compras, comidas y otros gastos.
Important information
Deberás pagar por el muellaje al momento de tu registro justo antes de abordar.
El uso de chalecos salvavidas es obligatorio en todos los programas acuáticos.
En Isla Mujeres, este programa admite grupos con un máximo de 12 personas.
Los niños con una estatura mayor a 1.40 m podrán participar solos en cualquier programa al pagar la tarifa de adulto.
Los niños con una estatura de 1.21 m y hasta 1.40 m, podrán participar solos en el programa Encounter. Para participar en los programas Swim Adventure o Royal Swim, deberán estar acompañados por un adulto con boleto pagado.
Los niños con una estatura de 1 m y hasta 1.20 m podrán participar en el programa Encounter acompañados de un adulto con boleto pagado. Para participar en los programas Swim Adventure y Royal Swim, deberán estar acompañados por dos adultos con boleto pagado.
Los niños con una estatura menor a 1 m serán considerados infantes y realizarán actividades del programa Encounter independientemente del programa en el que participen (es requisito que les ajuste el chaleco).
No se permite el uso de cámaras fotográficas dentro del agua. Habrá fotografías profesionales disponibles a la venta.
