The full moon is a mysterious and powerful time to shine a light on your hopes and dreams and to energize them.
During this hour-long outdoor meditation experience, you will learn more about the significance of the lunar cycle and the role it plays in assisting you in your personal and spiritual growth, with particular emphasis on the full moon. You will be guided through an intention-setting exercise that will help you become clear about what you are ready to release and what is ready for you call in.
I will guide you through a full moon meditation that lasts between 20-30 minutes as the full moon rises in the eastern, evening sky. Together, we will enjoy the in-between day and nighttime as the sun sets and the full moon rises.
The time of this experience will be at sunset which changes throughout the year.

This special Sedona Full Moon Meditation experience is offered the evenings around and on the full moon. It's a special time to align with the lunar energy and work with it to consciously cultivate the experiences you wish to have in life.
We will meet at an easy-to-find location and say our hellos. You'll be given a zafu meditation cushion (or chair, depending on the ground conditions) to use and, optionally, a blanket. Next, we will take a short walk on an easy (or slightly moderate) hiking trail and we'll find a comfortable place to get settled.
You will be guided through a short mindful grounding exercise to help you be more embodied and present during our time together. I will share the significance of the full moon and guide you through an activity to identify what you are ready to release and what you want to call in.
You will be guided to identify what you want to release from and to call into your life during this lunar cycle. Then we'll settle in for the guided meditation. It lasts between 20-30 minutes and you will be guided through welcoming the full moon, releasing the old, and calling forth what's next for you.
We will have time for questions and I'll share valuable tips and tricks for bringing meditation and mindfulness into your daily life. We will walk back to the parking lot where we will say our goodbyes.
