- Bookings can be cancelled with no charge up to 24 hours before the service.
- The tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide (in this case it can be postponed to the later schedule/day after otherwise it will be refunded).
- For Covid-19 precaution the use of the mask is MANDATORY. Customers are required to bring and wear their own mask.
- Unfortunately the tour is not totally accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities.
- Comfortable shoes and appropriate clothes suggested
- It is mandatory to be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time
- Customers should have Mobile or printed vouchers specifying “Service provided by Venice Tours Srl”
- Each gondola can host maximum 5 people; the seat aboard will be assigned by the gondolier
- The itinerary could change in case of wind or bad weather
