- The price is per gondola, NOT per person.
- The gondola can accommodate a maximum of 3 people
- The price may vary depending on the chosen time-slot
- This tour is not fully accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
- The itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather.
- Pets are not allowed on board the gondola
- Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to the gondolier)
- No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
- The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high/low tide (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded)
- Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time
