Important information
- Unfortunately the tour is not totally accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities.
- Comfortable shoes and appropriate clothes suggested
- It is mandatory to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time
- Customers should have Mobile or printed vouchers specifying “Service provided by Venice Tours Srl”
- For security reasons sacks, bags or knapsacks are not allowed inside the Doges’ Palace: FREE DEPOSIT INSIDE
- For the visit of the Basilica proper clothing is required (no shorts or tank tops)
- Each gondola can host maximum 5 people; the seat aboard will be assigned by the gondolier
- The itinerary could change in case of wind or bad weather
- For the self-guided:
- Pictures with the itinerary are on the gallery of the Self-guided tour
- Customers receive an e-mail with the QR code and instructions to activate the tour
- Customers can enjoy the tour anytime by night or day how and many times they want
- The App does not use up any data connection as it runs on GPS only
- Customers are required to download the App on their own mobile phone before starting the tour - IMPORTANT: the App is totally independent from Tour Operator’s App. On Customer's device will appear Pop Guide icon
