Policies and redemptions

You must contact Destinations Services Dominican Republic at least 24 hours before your activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation. Use the contact and email details on the voucher/ticket. 

Upon pickup, please present your printed voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. Destinations Services Dominican Republic will respond within 24 hours to confirm your pickup time. 

Physical difficulty level Guidelines

Easy: Most people can participate. It is recommended for people of all ages (children, youth and adults).

Moderate: Participants should have a moderate physical condition level. The participation of children is under the discretion and supervision of their parents.

Challenging: good physical condition is required. The participation of children under 10 years is not recommended. The involvement of children over 10 years is at the discretion and supervision of their parents.
